How Atlas Health Collective ships your order and handles delivery, damage, and fulfillment issues.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders placed prior to 12:00 PM MST typically ship the same business day, but no later than the following business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST, on weekends, or on holidays will ship on the next business day.

A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Atlas Health Collective.

Delivered Packages

Once a shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. Atlas Health Collective is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery, including theft from porches, mailrooms, front desks, lockers, or other delivery locations.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring a secure delivery location.
  • Monitoring tracking updates.
  • Retrieving packages promptly upon delivery.

We strongly recommend using carrier hold options, signature-required delivery (when available), or a secure delivery address if package theft is a concern. Refunds, credits, or replacements will not be issued for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Non-Delivery, Damage, or Fulfillment Errors

In the event of a verified Atlas Health Collective fulfillment or shipping error — such as incorrect items, missing items, or damage incurred during transit prior to delivery — customers must notify Atlas within seven (7) calendar days of the carrier’s delivery or attempted-delivery date. This reporting window is firm; requests submitted outside of this timeframe will be denied without exception.

All claims must include complete and verifiable documentation:

  • A full unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is first opened.
  • Clear photos of the external packaging.
  • Clear photos of the package contents.
  • Clear photos of the packing slip enclosed with the order.
  • The tracking number and a brief written description of the issue.

Claims submitted without all required documentation will be denied.

Resolution

Upon confirmation of an eligible shipping or fulfillment error caused by Atlas Health Collective, we may, at our sole discretion, reship the affected items at no additional cost.

Cash refunds, store credits, or alternative compensation are not guaranteed and are not provided for delivered, refused, or stolen packages. For our returns and refund terms, see the Refund Policy.
